Property standards bylaw in Pembroke, Ont. shortens window for compliance
Homeowners have less time to deal with long grass, weeds

New bylaws in Pembroke, Ont. have closed the window midway for homeowners to comply with orders dealing with long grass and weeds on their properties. Previously, homeowners had 14 days to comply with lawn maintenance orders, but the number has now been reduced to seven days. The new bylaw is in effect for the entire season.
