Populations of gypsy moths in southern Ontario ‘off the charts’ this year

Gypsy moth populations in southern Ontario have been “off the charts” this year, and the manager of urban forestry in London says it’s now the perfect time to launch a defence strategy against the invasive pests. Oak trees seem to be the species most favoured by gypsy moths.
