PoCo’s baseball diamonds are sinking in the bog

Oct. 18, 2019 – Port Coquitlam’s baseball fields at Thompson Park are sinking into the bog on which they were built, and the local baseball organization is concerned about player safety. The municipality has responded by moving up the field needs assessment part of its parks and recreation master plan that was slated for 2020.
