Ontario’s outdoor recreational facilities will remain closed until the number of COVID-19 cases significantly drop, the province’s minister of health says. Almost 2,800 new cases were reported on Tuesday, but Christine Elliott said in spite of it being the lowest in weeks, numbers could spike again. Facilities include golf courses, sports fields and tennis courts.
