Ontario government declares all outdoor recreational areas off limits

Strategy invoked to control spread of COVID-19

All outdoor recreational areas in Ontario have now been declared off limits to the public as an added measure to slow the spread of COVID-19. The provincial government made the announcement yesterday. The closures include all sports fields, parks, playgrounds, off-leash dog parks, beaches, picnic areas and community gardens.
