Oceanfront section of Cape Breton eyed for potential golf course development by Toronto businessman
Collective 120 hectares of land purchased for site

Another area on Nova Scotia’s Cape Breton Island is being eyed for a new golf course development. A Toronto businessman has purchased several properties in the Little Judique Ponds area where he hopes to establish a new golf course. The collective property is about 120 hectares of mostly wooded area but includes about 11,000 feet of ocean front.
