Oakville taking Abbey fight to Ontario Court of Appeal

Nov. 9, 2018 – The Town of Oakville, Ont. isn’t going to let go of the famed Glen Abbey Golf Club without a fight. Town council has unanimously agreed to take its battle to the Ontario Court of Appeal after the Ontario Superior Court of Justice ruled last month that course owner ClubLink has the right to bring forward an application to demolish the renowned facility.
