Non-golfing golf course walkers upset with Fraserview’s reopening

Non-golfing locals aren’t too happy that Vancouver’s Fraserview Golf Course is reopening for play May 1. While the municipal course was previously closed for play, citizens were able to go for walks on the property as a respite from self-isolation. The Vancouver Park Board has been telling those individuals that there are about 240 other parks in the city where they can go, and that the city needs the revenue from golf.
