Vancouver nearly doubles 2019 parks capital budget

Dec. 27, 2018 – Vancouver's parks will benefit in 2019 from a capital budget almost doubled from that of 2018. The additional funds earmarked for parks and recreation projects in the city is a reflection of Vancouver's growth in recent years.
