Toronto’s High Park made car-free during cherry blossom period

May 2, 2019 – It’s the 60th anniversary of the planting of Toronto’s cherry trees, presented as a gift by the people of Tokyo, and High Park is being made car-free during the traditionally week-long blossoming period.
