Superior Court adds new drama to Glen Abbey saga
Dec. 18, 2018 – A decision rendered by Justice Morgan of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has quashed Oakville's Cultural Heritage Landscape Conservation Plan as well as the associated bylaws for the Glen Abbey Golf Club. In spite of the ruling, the golf course will remain on the Ontario Heritage Register. Property owner ClubLink is reviewing the court decision.
