Oct. 10, 2018 – Now that the arrival of the emerald ash borer in Nova Scotia has been confirmed, efforts are underway to see where else in the Halifax area the invasive insect might be present. Research teams are focusing on DeWolf Park where about 80 per cent of the total tree population is ash.
