Quebec couple told to tear up new artificial lawn
Aug. 9, 2018 – A Quebec City couple has been told by the municipality to tear up its newly installed artificial turf lawn or face daily fines of $1,000 or more a day. The couple wanted to minimize their maintenance requirements and didn't realize they had broken any laws.
