Parent worries about pesticide use on school field

Aug. 28, 2018 – A herbicide applied to a school field in Cowichan, B.C. earlier this month has raised the ire of a parent whose son frequently uses the field for play. The parent says she doesn't understand why pesticides are required and argues regular grass cutting will keep weeds in check.
