Officers' Square tree-cutting opponents get to speak
More than 200 people turned out to a meeting to hear arguments against cutting down trees at Officers' Square.
June 28, 2018 – Opponents of Fredericton's plan to cut down several trees at its historic Officers' Square finally got their chance to speak to city officials. Almost 7,900 people have signed a petition to halt all construction at the site.
