New Toronto condo getting hit by home run balls

June 4, 2019 – Adult leagues have been banned from playing baseball and softball at the MacGregor Park diamond in Toronto due to numerous home run balls hitting an adjacent new condominium building. Deemed off limits now for adult play, closure of the park – centrally located to accommodate 99 per cent of the user leagues – will force players to commute to other parts of the city.
