Lights out at ball diamond after thieves steal wiring

A minor baseball organization figures it is about $40,000 out of pocket after thieves made off with more than 10,000 metres of copper wiring used to light Henning Park in Caledonia, Ont. The wiring was stripped during the winter from all 16 light fixtures at the privately-owned ball park that wasn’t insured for its lights.
