John Deere to end 100 years in Welland, Ont.

One hundred years of manufacturing history is soon to end at Welland, Ont.'s John Deere plant. The assembly line will be shutting down on Aug.6. Gator and mower production has already ended at John Deere Welland Works. About 120 employees will remain in shipping and maintenance positions after Aug. 6. FULL STORY
