Intentional damage to an Owen Sound, Ont. soccer complex perpetrated by a number of 17-year-olds is being repaired by a group of volunteers, but the president of the local soccer association said it’s “disheartening” that the time, effort and expense that goes into the fields’ upkeep should be wiped out by the recklessness of some.
