Golf course owner claims no wrongdoing after being fined $70,000

June 7, 2019 – The owner of Richmond, B.C.’s Savage Creek Golf Course, who was recently fined $70,000 for bringing too much fill onto the property, claims there was no wrongdoing. He said he never saw any documentation to state the limited amounts.
