April 4, 2019 – A turf war has erupted in Toronto over free running dogs defecating on a section of artificial turf designated as a sports field. A man attempting to shoot video of dog owners breaking the law by bringing their dogs onto the field at Canoe Landing Park had his camera slapped out of his hand.
