Cities must be more aggressive against tree threats

In spite of a greater awareness than ever to promote a "greener" Canada, forces are working against efforts to expand the urban canopy in the country's major cities, the president of Tree Canada says. Climate change and the emerald ash borer are among the culprits, says Michael Rosen.
