Business coach to take landscape pros to next level

An Oct. 17 workshop to be held during Landscapes 2017 in Louisville, Ky. is designed to teach landscape professionals to unleash their companies’ full potential by upgrading the role of CEO and helping that individual’s right-hand person to develop their own roles as chief operating officer, general manager or division leader.

The educational presentation will be made by business coach Jeffrey Scott in partnership with the National Association of Landscape Professionals.

Landscape professionals are urged to bring their “number twos” with them to the workshop, that will also includee a lineup of contractor guest speakers who will share case studies of their high-level partnerships. Mistakes made on the way to building productive relationships will be revealed.

Owners who attend will learn how to hand off responsibilities and grown into the role of visionary and effective CEOs. Key employees who attend (division leaders, GMs, COOs) will learn where to improve themselves and what skills they need to master. Both sides (owners and employees) will learn how to work together with more mutural trust, efficiency and respect for each other’s roles.
