Asian enemy of ash borer offers hope in N.B. town

June 18, 2019 – The emerald ash borer has no known natural predators in Canada, so why not import one of its natural enemies from its native Asia to help reduce populations of the destructive pest? The Town of Edmundston, N.B. will be introducing the tiny mite wasp this summer in an attempt to bring the borer down.
