Artificial field will cost $5M more than expected

It’s going to cost an additional $5 million to construct a new artificial turf field and grandstand in Cold Lake, Alta. The unanticipated price hike is due to the need to remove more topsoil than originally thought as well as having to cut down a number of trees in order for a geotechnical test to be conducted.
