Aquatrols has new president/CEO

May 11, 2017  By  Mike Jiggens

Aquatrols has promoted its chief operating officer to president and CEO. Matt Foster will now have ultimate responsibility for company performance in product development and manufacturing as well as other business functions.

Foster’s new role follows a transition period during which outgoing president Tracy Jarman and sales director Andy Moore have shifted from operational duties to help guide strategy as directors on Aquatrols’ executive board. He brings 25 years of experience in the green industry to the company. Most recently, he was global director for plant health at FMC. He had also been a golf course superintendent.

“It is a big honour,” Foster said. “Not many people get to lead a 62-year-old American company with a stellar reputation for reliably preventing and solving growers’ toughest challenges. We will continue to expand invaluable technologies in and adjacent to our leadership in soil/water interactions.”

Aquatrols, a leading manufacturer of soil surfactants and related technologies, produces such products as Revolution, Dispatch, Aqueduct and other surfactants for golf superintendents, sports turf managers, landscapers, farmers and other growers.
