November 3, 2016  By  Mike Jiggens

A new president has been appointed to the board of directors at Manderley Turf Products. Wayne Moloughney has taken over as head of the Ottawa-based company which is a leading Canadian sod producer.

Moloughney was previously vice-president of finance for more than 11 years. He succeeds Greg Skotnicki who has become president of Manderley’s parent company, Market Maker Agriculture Inc. Skotnicki will remain on as CEO of Manderley, while stepping away from the day-to-day operations to focus on his new role.

“It has been a privilege to serve as the president of such a great company,” said Skotnicki. “I have worked with Wayne for over eight years and have the utmost confidence in his ability to lead the company and achieve great things.”

Moloughney said he welcomes the new challenge.
