July 27, 2018 – Colin Cruji has been named new CEO and president of Sheridan Nurseries, taking over from Karl Stensson who recently announced his retirement.
Cruji’s business experience includes a position as senior vice-president of Canada Bread Company – a division of Grupo Bimbo – where he was responsible for national retail and field sales as well as leading Stonemill Bakehouse.
He received his honours bachelor of business administration degree and an executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Sheridan Nurseries, established in 1913, is a leading garden centre with eight locations in the Greater Toronto Area and is one of Canada’s largest nursery growers with sales throughout eastern Canada and the mid-west and northeastern United States.
