Sept. 13, 2018 – Residents of a Winnipeg neighbourhood have become unraveled after learning soil testing conducted 10 years ago in their area showed potentially dangerous levels of lead, yet the NDP government at the time chose not to disclosee the results. One of the areas tested was an elementary school sports field that showed levels exceeding federal guidelines.
