Nature Conservancy of Canada endorses ‘No Mow May’ program
Agency urges mowers be kept at bay this month

The “No Mow May” campaign, in which people are being urged not to mow their lawns this month in order for pollinating insects to feed on dandelions, is being endorsed by the Nature Conservancy of Canada. By keeping mowers at bay, food sources for important insects are allowed to thrive, building a base for all animals above.
