N.S. Court of Appeal won’t hear any further arguments about golf course proposal
Court: proposal is dead, case is moot

There will be no more arguments to be heard over a developer’s desire to build a golf course on land on Nova Scotia’s eastern shore, the province’s Court of Appeal has said. The controversial Owls Head proposal is dead, making it moot, the court has determined.
