2019 fees waived as courses deal with COVID-19 restrictions

An agreement on irrigation fees has been reached between the City of Moose Jaw and Lynbrook and Hillcrest golf courses. The agreement waives irrigation fees from 2019 at the golf courses as they dealt with restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic.
