Montreal snow contractor shuts down on eve of 15-20cm snowfall

Customers of Montreal-area snow contractor Bo-Pelouse will have to remove snow by themselves in 2020 or find another company to do the work. The West Island company announced its plan to cease operations on Monday, the day before an expected 15 to 20 centimetres of snow was to blanket the area.
