The City of Prince Albert, Sask. and its minor baseball association are joining forces to renovate three ball diamonds at Crescent Acres. One of the diamonds is to be expanded to accommodate play for the 15-under age group. The installation of pitching mounds and other amenities are among the proposed improvements. The city’s mayor says Prince Albert could become a new hub for baseball with major tournaments and provincial championships for all age groups.
