Memberships up, but golfers continue to vent anger at Ontario government

Melted snow at Mitchell G&CC has helped course green up

Membership numbers are up this year at the Mitchell (Ont.) Golf & Country Club, but golfers are angry they won’t be playing anytime soon. Club manager Steve Feeney says their anger isn’t focused on the club, but at the Ontario government. Meanwhile, superintendent Ryan Woestenenk has said the recent snowfall – now melted – has helped the course to green up and get growing.
