Man says bill he received for mowing services while stuck abroad is ‘unfair’

Winnipeg man billed $250 for mowing services upon his return

A Winnipeg resident stuck overseas for five months during the COVID-19 pandemic wants the city to waive a bill he received for lawn mowing services during his absence. The man returned to Canada in July to find he was billed $250 to have his lawn mowed by city staff as a result of the height of his grass.
