Looper moths damaging trees in North Vancouver park, present safety hazard

Municipality stepping up efforts to deal with trees

Lynn Headwaters Regional Park in North Vancouver is fighting a battle with looper moths. Several western hemlock trees have been damaged by the hungry insects, and the municipality is stepping up its strategies to deal with the matter before it becomes a safety hazard.
