Long-promised artificial turf fields back on the budget in North Vancouver

The addition of new artificial turf sports fields is back on the 2023 budget in North Vancouver following much criticism from the municipality. The district was on the receiving end of flack at a public meeting last week over long-promised projects being repeatedly left off the budget. The construction of six artificial turf fields is now deemed to have a “relatively high probability of success.”
