London elects not to open municipal River Road Golf Course this year

Opening course would contribute to $80,000 deficit

London’s municipal River Road Golf Course will not open for play this season, council has decided, citing it would add another $80,000 deficit to the city. The city has opted to operate four municipal courses out of two locations this season.
