Local lawn care company supports Port Elgin sports park project, acquires naming rights

A local lawn care business has contributed $50,000 to support the second phase of a sports park project in Port Elgin, Ont. KNK Lawn Care will secure naming rights to one of Lamont Sports Park’s six baseball diamonds for the next 20 years as a result of its financial support. The project’s second phase includes two additional ball diamonds to add to four baseball fields constructed as part of the first phase. The original four diamonds are slated to open in 2023.
