Local family says non-maintenance of Cambridge, Ont. cemetery is ‘disgraceful’
Grass unmowed, bushes covering headstones
June 28, 2022 By Turf & Rec

The upkeep at a Cambridge, Ont. cemetery is “disgraceful,” a local family claims, citing unmowed grass and overgrown bushes covering headstones. When the cemetery first opened in the 1960s, it was regularly maintained, the family said, but it has since fallen into disrepair. Maintenance of the grounds has been in the hands of the Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of Hamilton since 2012.
