Lobby group’s meetings with Ontario government gives hope for golf’s return

Meetings yesterday and today between a golf lobby group and Ontario government officials is giving the province’s golfers a sense of hope. Ontario’s golf courses have been shut down since April 17 as part of the province’s extended stay-at-home order. TSN‘s Bob Weeks reports the outcomes of the meetings and what was discussed is not known, but an insider said the fact the meetings are taking place is a good sign.
