March 28, 2019 – Leaving a portion of a lawn unmowed can help return bee populations to healthy numbers, an ecologist for the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology in Great Britain says. Leaving some wildflowers and dandelions to grow to provide a food source for bees can help reverse the trend of declining bee populations, Dr. Helen Roy says.
