Landscaper escapes with his life after being pinned beneath his mower

A North Okanagan landscaper escaped with non-life threatening injuries after being pinned beneath his riding mower on Tuesday. He became trapped under the machine while backing it onto his trailer when something went wrong. Nearby construction workers and called-in firefighters helped the landscaper from his predicament, which came close to a leg artery becoming severed.
