Jays Care Foundation lends its support for upgrades to Kelowna, B.C. baseball fields
City and local baseball association will match funding

A $72,500 grant from the Jays Care Foundation will allow the City of Kelowna, B.C. to upgrade its baseball fields at Edith Gay Park.
The money is being matched by the city and the Central Okanagan Minor Baseball Association which are in partnership with one another.
Field No. 1 will undergo infield upgrades, an extension of fencing, accessibility improvements and bleachers among other improvements.
Work is expected to begin this month and continue until April of next year.
