Indoor soccer dome pitched for Nelson, B.C. to meet sports group’s growing needs

A $3.4-million indoor soccer dome has been proposed for the City of Nelson, B.C., and its proponents suggest its tax base be reflective of the region from which it draws. The Nelson Soccer Association says its current winter facilities can no longer meet the needs of its membership, which includes 835 youth and 249 adults.
