Human waste found in Vancouver park
Park neighbour urges city to keep washroom open 24 hours a day

The presence of doggy doo in an East Vancouver park isn’t quite as disconcerting as the presence of human waste. A park neighbour has reported the issue to the city and is urging it keep an on-site washroom open 24 hours a day to give the homeless a proper place to do their business.
