Owner ClubLink wishes to develop the property for more than 3,000 residential units and 127,000 square feet of office and retail space. A Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) hearing is scheduled for August. Halton’s resolution to get the province involved was unanimously passed Wednesday by regional councillors.
