Group wants to turn Peterborough alley into green paradise

'Depave Paradise' project would replace 1,000 square feet of pavement

A movement is afoot to turn a downtown Peterborough alley into a green paradise. A wall along the alley has already been transformed into a colourful LGBTQ mural, but a local committee wishes to enhance the area by ripping up its paved surface and replacing it with grass and other flora.
