Gradually reopen recreation facilities, starting with golf: Toronto deputy mayor
Stephen Holyday writes open letter to Ontario Premier Doug Ford
April 27, 2021 By CP24

Outdoor recreation facilities could be opened gradually, he suggested, beginning with golf and tennis.
